The Unqualified Teacher role will involve working flexible hours, on a day to day basis, covering lessons with pre-set work to students in KS3 and KS4. This is the ideal role for someone who has experience working as a cover supervisor before or if you are looking to gain teaching experience before undertaking a PGCE in the future.

With the new academic year approaching the Headteacher at our client's secondary school is looking appoint an Unqualified Teacher, to work as a Cover Supervisor. This will add extra support for their students, ensuring there is always a reliable teacher available to work in the absence of the main teacher.

The ideal Unqualified Teacher will;

• Have a degree and a good general knowledge on the main core subjects
• Have experience working with secondary school students
• Want to pursue a career in teaching
• Be available to work a part time teaching role on a day to day basis
• Has a full driving licence and is willing to travel up to 15 miles
• Have the confidence to teach a class of 30+ students
