Head Teacher and Governors of local large primary school based in Oldham have an exciting opportunity for two year 2 teachers to join its expanding staff team in September 2018. The successful candidates will be part of a forward thinking, dynamic team and will join a school which is committed to offering the best possible opportunities for children, families, staff and governors through personal and professional development for all.

Outline:

• Two year 2 teachers are needed for 2018-19 on a full time basis for the full academic year position starting in September 2018, Oldham
• Salary: £ 23,750-£31,200 (depending on experience)

Duties:

The Class Teacher will:

• Display a high standard of professional behaviour and integrity at all times.
• Promote and maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Actively implement agreed school policies.
• Support initiatives decided by the Headteacher and staff.
• Meet the needs of individual children through preparation, planning appropriate to the agreed school framework and operation and evaluation of an effective and relevant classroom.
• Be able to set clear group or individual targets, based on prior attainment, for pupils' learning and monitor progress in achieving them.
• Provide a stimulating learning environment within the classroom and around school through the effective use of display that celebrates achievements and reinforces learning
