Teaching Personnel is currently looking for a range of patient, committed & confident Teaching Assistants to join our team for schools local to Bath & the surrounding areas. Experience working with SEN pupils is preferred but not essential. The most important quality we are looking for is the passion to create a environment condusive to learning

We are looking for:
  • Ideally experience working within a secondary school
  • Someone who can communicate effectively & with strong behaviour management skills
  • An enthusiastic individual with high organisational skills and a willingness to learn on the job
  • Someone who is an excellent role model and who actively promotes the skills, attributes and behaviours important in a classroom

You will be expected to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. These students will have SEN, whether it be a social or neurological need

  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 6 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
