  • Accessing ongoing training, mentoring, and CPD opportunities throughout the year.

This is a fantastic stepping stone into education. You’ll gain practical experience, regular feedback, and chances to shadow experienced staff as part of your development.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Energetic, empathetic individuals with a passion for helping young people succeed.

  • Organised, reliable, and proactive.

  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working or volunteering with children or young people.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

About the School:

  • A dedicated consultant to support you
