Teaching Personnel are looking for an ambitious and dedicated individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Nottingham Secondary branch. The successful applicant will join our team of talented Education Recruitment Consultants and supportive Managers who are always striving for excellence!

The role will require a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region; resourcing and recruiting quality teachers and support staff and carrying out interviews. You will also undertake regular face-to-face client visits whilst building relationships with key decision makers in schools; and creating quality marketing and advertising.

We are looking for individuals who are educated to a Degree level and will ideally have experience in the education sector, but this is not essential. The role will involve undertaking regular meetings in Secondary Schools to better understand the needs of the pupils, the school and its requirements.
