Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Lancashire

Teaching Personnel seek to hire a Recruitment Consultant, immediately, for our Lancashire office. As the market leader within the industry, Teaching Personnel have an intensive induction programme, tpGROW, which is a leading development programme to help you become a successful Education Recruitment Consultant.

We offer an inviting starting salary (reviewed every quarter) and uncapped commission. It is natural for trainees to progress from a Recruitment Consultant and earn 30k+, within their first 18 months, with our rewarding and supportive career path.

The role will require a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region; resourcing and recruiting quality teachers and support staff and carrying out interviews. You will also undertake regular face-to-face client visits, whilst building relationships with key decision makers in schools; and creating quality marketing and advertising.

  • Candidates with strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills

  • A passion for sales and securing long lasting client relationships
  • A background in either sales or education
