The role
The role is a specialist tuition role working closely with local authorities, schools and families to provide tailored tuition solutions for different learners. You will be part of our London SEN branch which supports the staffing needs of special schools and specialist provisions across Greater London. It is one of the busiest branches in the company and has huge potential for further growth with the right addition to the team. The branch is well established and assists clients with long term, permanent, short term and tuition staffing requirements. Due to the specialist nature of the role, experience or knowledge of working in the SEN sector or managing tuition requirements would be advantageous.
We always welcome a broad range of skills, personal attributes and potential, rather than experience. We have a number of outstanding consultants, Branch Managers and senior leaders that joined Teaching Personnel with no previous experience in recruitment, however, their determination, charisma and desire to do well have meant they have been very successful.

Along with an excellent starting salary and uncapped performance related commission, you will have the opportunity to be promoted up to four times a year, with the potential to increase your earnings by up to GBP11k within your first year.
