The market leader in education recruitment are hiring for an immediate start in our state-of-the-art city centre offices. Due to continued growth, Teaching Personnel Newcastle are seeking to hire a talented individual to the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant ASAP.

Previous experience in recruitment or sales is NOT a requirement for applicants, you will need;

  • A confident and outgoing personality to communicate with primary school leaders
  • Knowledge of the education sector
  • The ability to work as part of a team and follow routine and structure
  • Resilience, a high level of ambition and the desire to achieve and exceed targets

This entry level position as a trainee recruitment consultant will come with it’s challenges, working to deadlines & targets and meeting the expectations of your client schools. This role of trainee recruitment consultant within Education will task you specifically with supporting schools in your designated geographical patch. You’ll advertise vacancies, conduct interviews with teachers and teaching assistants, clear them through our vetting procedure and secure them supply work or a contracted position. In addition to daily work with candidates, you’ll also liaise with school leaders; Business Managers, Assistant, Deputy and also Head teachers. This is a 360 recruitment position, you’ll work to sales targets for business levels and placements made, with full support and training not only in your first 3 months, but throughout your career with Teaching Personnel.
