Temporary full time EYP - Hounslow

Are you looking for some temporary work? Experienced early years practitioner? We are currently recruiting for a temporary early years practitioner with the potential to stay on depending on progression.

We are currently looking for an experienced early years practitioner who has a good understanding of the early years curriculum. You will be working within the early years and KS1 classes, supporting across reception to year 1 classes.

The role?

As a member of the EYFS team you will be working between the reception and year 1 classes, supporting the class teacher in conducting all group based activities and providing group support throughout the lesson. Within the class there will be a number of students with special educational needs, or currently undergoing the statement process. The school is looking for a versatile and positive addition to the school, able to work with a variety of students.

Alongside this you will be providing feedback and developmental reports on specific groups of students, aiding the development of lesson planning.

This four form entry school has recently received outstanding Ofsted feedback for their early years provisions. They were acknowledged for the above average result within their past exams/tests. As a new addition to the school it is crucial you are able to contribute to the class teacher in terms of planning and structuring lessons/activities for the students. With a strong SLT in place they have created an approachable and positive team to work with, looking for members of staff to become a big part of the community.

The school is located a short walk from Hounslow East station, connected by multiple train and bus services.

They are looking for someone to cover a temporary position, however dependent on suitability to the school and what the candidate is looking for they could potentially extend the contract.
