Are you Team Teach trained? Are you looking for a role working in mainstream school secondary school with SEN and challenging behaviour? Do you have a calm yet resilient nature?

Schools in Thurrock are looking for a Team Teach trained teaching assistant to assist pupils with challenging behaviour in their school. The pupils can be difficult to support at times so a patient, understanding and calm nature is essential. The school requires an immediate start with the opportunity for a permanent position; the post will be Monday to Friday. To be the successful candidate you will be:

  • A strong team player
  • Quick thinking and able to adapt
  • Experienced with Behaviour Management techniques
  • A Minimum of 5 GCSE's at A-C including English and Maths

Pay rates vary from school to school and based on experience however are typically £275-£350 a week.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
