Team Teach trained TA required in Leyland ASAP!

Do you hold a valid Team Teach qualification?

If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a Leyland based Behavioural Unit who require a Teaching Assistant on a full time basis from after the February half term. The candidate MUST hold their Team Teach qualification and the candidate must be willing to work with pupils who display very challenging behaviours.

The candidate will need to have experience supporting pupils aged 11-16 years of old who have SEMH difficulties and/or SEN and they must have completed their Team Teach qualification within the last 2 years. The role will start after the February half term and the candidate MUST be available full time and be willing to work from 8.30 am - 4pm monday - friday.

The School is smaller than average and specifically caters for pupils in KS3/4 who are not in mainstream education, often due to their behaviours. The School is based in Leyland, it has on site parking and is accessible via public transport.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

* Negotiable pay rates £50.44 - 55 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
