Team Teach Trained TA

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to work as a behaviour TA in a school in Barnsley.

Your main responsibilities will be to work collaboratively with the school management and class teacher to implement and regularly review the pupils progress.

The right TA will keep accurate and concise pupil profile to assist in devising IEP's and setting targets and regular reviews of progress.

It is essential that you have empathy for the pupils experiencing difficulties. A positive attitude is needed to problem solving and you must be resilient.

Team Teach training is needed for this role, so ideally you will have up to date training or be willing to attend our next course.

The ideal TA you will hold the level 2 TA qualification or come from a Youth work background
