Are you Team-Teach trained? Are you looking for a role working in mainstream school with SEN children? Do you have a calm yet resilient nature? A South Ockendon School are looking for a Team-Teach trained Teaching Assistant / LSA to work with challenging students with a variety of different needs. From ADHD to Emotional and Behavioural/ Social Difficulties, pupils can be difficult to support at times so you have to a patient and calm nature, the children you will be working with can be disruptive and aggressive so a ability to provide a positive classroom environment is needed. The school requires an immediate start with the opportunity to go long term; the post will be Monday to Friday. To be a successful Team-Teach TA you will need to be:
- A strong team player
- Team Teach Trained
- Quick thinking and able to adapt
- Experienced with Behaviour Management
- A Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at A-C including English and Math

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
