- Pay rates dependent on experience and skills ranging between £55 - £70 per day
Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work in an SEN setting in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to offer 1:1 support to a child with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties to enhance attainment and provide encouragement to these pupils. The ideal candidate will be fully Team Teach trained, experienced in this area and thrive on the challenge of a varied and demanding role. We are looking for TA’s who have a have a sincere passion from seeing results and are willing to work hard to ensure the developmental success of the child. We look forward to hearing from TA’s with any SEN and PMLD experience as well as ASC or other learning difficulty experiences.
The successful candidate must be able to remain patient and calm when the pupil is feeling frustrated. The pupils social skills are relevantly poor meaning that it is important you can help enhance their communication skills and integrate them into the class.
