Teaching Support Staff – Monmouth (Full-Time)

Location: Monmouth, South Wales
Start Date: 8th December 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour / £89.38 per day

About the Role

As a Teaching Support Staff member, you will:

  • Promote a supportive learning environment and encourage independent learning and positive behaviour.
  • Provide classroom-based and individualised support to students or small groups with identified additional learning needs.
  • Assist in preparing, adapting, and delivering learning materials across a range of curriculum subjects.
  • Support teachers with classroom management, assessment, feedback, and reporting where required.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school community to promote inclusion and achievement.
