About the Role

As a Teaching Support Staff member, you will play a key role in supporting both pupils and teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You’ll have the chance to make a real difference in students’ lives, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and academic ability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons across a range of subjects
  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and participation in class
  • Assisting with classroom preparation, organisation, and learning resources
  • Collaborating with staff to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
