Speech and language Graduates highly sought after and applicants with experience supporting specific special educational needs is preferable.

Positions arise across Blackburn and Darwen, specifically working within mainstream schools.

CPD courses available for professional development all at subsidised rates.

Teaching Personnel in Lancashire have a high demand for Speech and Language Graduates to work in Primary Schools across Blackburn and Darwen. We deal with a range of schools that require graduates to work as general classroom support and on a one-to-one basis with pupils with specific learning needs including those with Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties.

A Degree qualification is essential, and candidates with prior experience working in a school setting are highly desirable. The needs of the pupils you will be supporting are broad - ranging from Moderate Learning Difficulties to those with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. TA's with additional skills such as Makaton, BSL and PECS are extremely sought after.
