Job description

Due an increased demand for Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) and Teaching Assistants (TA's) to work with pupils with challenging behaviour and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties we are currently seeking to recruit passionate individuals with experience working with young people in or out of a formal school setting.

Desired backgrounds include:

  • Sports (coaching),
  • Psychology,
  • Youth Work,
  • Art and Design
  • Music

Our schools require full time, long term commitment (term time only) and in turn offer supportive environments with continued professional development and the opportunity to go permanent in many instances.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
