Teaching Assistants needed for our partner secondary schools across Greater Manchester for temporary and full time positions, to commence in November, December and January 2019. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant supporting secondary school aged children in their learning who have moderate learning difficulties in the areas of Special Educational needs.

We offer teaching assistant work on a part time and full time basis for posts that are both temporary and leading to permanent. If you are currently working as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting apply today to register an interest in our upcoming vacancies. We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants who have experience or relevant qualifications in the areas of social emotional mental health, autism, dyslexia, moderate learning difficulties.

Teaching Personnel also provide regular training courses for our candidates that are heavily subsidised offering you the opportunity to add to your CV and career prospects at a great cost. We currently work with secondary schools and colleges in the local authorise of Manchester, Tameside, Stockport, Trafford and Cheshire East.

To be eligible for the role of teaching assistant you will need to provide suitable references, eligibility for a fully enhanced DBS certificate, previous work based experience in an educational or health care setting and a passion for working with young people.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
