Teaching Assistants required in Blackburn

Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Blackburn based School who specifically provide education and support for pupils with additional needs including; PMLD, Physical Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, SEMH Difficulties and Learning Difficulties. The School are looking for hard working, enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for supporting and working with pupils who have additional needs.

The School is smaller than average and they are looking for hard working candidates to take on short and long term roles in School. The School hours are roughly 8.45am - 3.30pm and candidates will be expected to work the full hours when required for cover needs.

Teaching Personnel are the leading UK education agency and we pride ourselves on finding fantastic placements that suit the needs and expectations of our candidates. I specifically recruit for SEN Schools and Behavioural Units, this Blackburn School is one of our biggest client schools and they require a number of staff on a weekly basis.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 64 per day

- Long term position available

- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEN
