Teaching Assistants needed in BD3 area for Secondary supply

Are you a current HLTA? Do you have teaching experience? Are you able to manage tasks and be reliable? We are currently working with a number of "Good" and "Outstanding" rated Ofsted schools, located in the Bradford BD3 area. We are looking to appoint creative, experienced and enthusiastic HLTA 's who:
- Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum
- Are able to deliver high quality lessons following the planning given
- Are able to liaise effectively with teachers and other staff about the progress of pupils within the lessons taught
- Have a good positive behaviour management skills to maintain our high standards of behaviour for learning
- Are well organised and proactive team players who will make a positive contribution to the school
- Have a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
The successful HLTA will support students in class across the subject areas, and may deliver targeted interventions to students on a 1:1 basis during lessons and break times. Further to this, the appointed HLTA will have the opportunity to cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, which is great experience of classroom and behaviour management. Due to some of the students displaying challenging behaviour, the role will also involve working closely with pupils who may have been withdrawn from lessons.
Teaching Personnel have been providing supply staff since 1996 to secondary, primary and SEN schools throughout England and Wales since 1996. Our Leeds Bradford Secondary office specifically work with secondary schools across West Yorkshire, we have been securing casual supply work and temporary placements for graduates, aspiring teachers and future Education professionals with great success for over 20 years.
