Teaching Assistant required full time for a Secondary Provision in Scarborough

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a client School in Scarborough, to appoint an enthusiastic and diligent Teaching Assistant. Working through Teaching Personnel is flexible to suit your needs and can vary week by week depending on your availability. You will have the flexibility to pick and choose assignments that suit your needs best.

If you have experience as a qualified Teaching Assistant working with SEN students of varying needs and abilities then we would like to speak with you!

The positions you can expect to be offered:

  • Behaviour Buddy/Mentor
  • 1:1 Teaching Assistant support in Mainstream, SEN and Behaviour Schools
  • General Teaching Assistant
  • Cover Supervisor (delivering pre-planned lessons)
  • Outreach Worker
  • Permanent Contracts

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
