AUTISM SUPPORT – Primary - FLEXIBLE WORKING – Lewisham  

Do you have experience supporting Primary pupils with Autism (ASC)? 

Teaching Personnel support specialist provisions in the Lewisham area and are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting ASC. We are looking for someone who is patient and understanding, able to adapt learning to individual needs. Some of the pupils within the setting have communication and interaction difficulties, so some experience in this area would be beneficial. The successful applicant will be fully committed to enabling pupils to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. 

We are looking for; 

• Experience supporting ASC 
• Knowledge of supporting communication/interaction difficulties 
• English + Maths GSCE, A - C (or equivalent) 
• Patient and understanding 
• Child centred approach
