Teaching Assistant Vacancy - working alongside a child in Y3
Teaching Personnel are working alongside the Headteacher of a Primary School in Chorley PR6 who are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work alongside a young girl in Y3 displaying challenging behaviour. The school have received additional funding for a teaching assistant to support the young girl with Maths and English and provide her the guidance and routine she requires. Generally, pupils at this school have exemplary behaviour and the majority of pupils arriving in school derive from white British backgrounds and Pupil Premium is below average.
This is a behaviour support role and the young girl This role is five mornings per week and is guaranteed until July 2019 with the potential to go onto a school contract. The working hours are 9:00 - 12:00 covering 15 hours per week and the hourly rate is £9 PH. This school has a lovely welcoming team with a Christian Ethos and would be an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked alongside a lower attaining child.
