Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a teaching assistant with a strong behaviour management background to work with a client school based in Cardiff. The role will require candidates to work on a one to one basis with a pupil that displays challenging behaviour. You will be required to work between the hours of 8:30-3:30. The school is a pupil referral unit the pupils at the school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. You will be expected to keep the pupil on task to meet their learning aims and objectives of the day keeping them engaged throughout the day. Team Teach trained candidates are desirable however, training can be provided. We offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from from £54.00-£60.00 per day based on experience.
