1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant Needed to work alongside young boy In Y2.
Fulwood Primary School - PR2
The Role
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a dynamic Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a young boy in Y2. This is a behaviour support role, the young boy does not have Special Educational Needs however he does need direction and extra support during this crucial year group. Experience working alongside children with challenging behaviour is essential for this role and the Headteacher has expressed the ideal candidate must be 'firm but fair' to ensure the young boy is on track.
Your School
This school have been working with Teaching Personnel exclusively for a number of years. We hold a long-standing relationship with SLT and understand the school ethos. The school do not use a lot of supply however the staff we have had working in the school have thoroughly enjoyed their time there and have expressed the school is made up of a welcoming close knit team.
