Do you have experience working with challenging behaviour or children with special needs?
The school we are recruiting for provides a safe and nurturing environment for children who need extra support with their education. The curriculum delivers fun and inclusive ways of learning to help the students gain the skills and tools necessary to succeed in their futures.
Many of the children will have social and emotional issues therefore need further caring support alongside the assistance with their education. Candidates ideally will have experience professionally in a similar environment however personal experience will also be taking into consideration.
Personality traits of the ideal candidates will to be calm and supportive, whilst also resilient and adaptive. An enthusiasm to help students progress and succeed is essential.

Teaching Personnel can provide training such as Team-Teach, Autism Awareness and Child Protection training but having these skills would be a bonus.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
