A lovely school located in St John's Wood are currently looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join there family! The school is dedicated to the academic success of their pupils; as well as building the social and emotional well-being of all pupils. The staff strive to encourage their pupils to be curious, confident and to grow their love of learning. The staff are always on-hand to provide support and guidance wherever possible for any member of staff who are looking to join their team.

The role will require you to be flexible and patient. You will be working within their KS1 department aiding the Teachers with implementing the appropriate curriculum. You may also be asked to lead small group or individual interventions with children across the key stage.

Suitable candidates should have a passion for working with children and helping children to achieve. They should also have a love for learning themselves as they will pass this on to the pupils. Experience working within a school environment is desirable but not essential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
