Job description

*Support Assistant required in the Preston area*

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Preston based SEN School which caters for pupils with behavioural difficulties, SEMH Difficulties, Autism and ADHD. The pupils in School may display challenging behaviours and therefore the candidate must be hard working and have strong behaviour management skills. The candidate must also be willing to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who may display challenging behaviours.

The candidate must be hard working, have experience supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties and be willing to deliver intervention sessions to pupils who were struggling academically and emotionally.

The role will start as soon as possible and candidates must be willing to provide one day on a voluntary basis to the School can ascertain your suitability for the role. The candidate must also be available full time and be able to work from 8.40am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday.

The successful candidate will benefit from;

- negotiable pay rates £54-60 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
