An 'Outstanding' multi site trusts are currently looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant for an immediate start (immediately after February half term). This position is ongoing so Behaviour Supports assistants with the appropriate experience should apply as soon as possible.

The Setting is a Primary Specialist provision which is located in Oldham. The pupils who attend the Setting often show signs of challenging behaviour and can be prone to aggressive outbursts. The Setting are ideally seeking a teaching assistant who has significant experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour. The ideal experience would include: working within a PRU, working within a Residential Care Home or experience within an SEMH School.

This particular role will involve working with secondary aged pupils supporting them in reaching their full potential. The pupils who attend this Setting do often display signs of challenging behaviour so the successful applicant will require high levels of emotional and physical resilience.
