Post 1 - Construction TA3
This post will require the successful candidate to be skilled and knowledgeable in basic construction techniques and the safe use of tools. The successful candidate will support the lead instructor in the delivery of the school's construction programme.
Post 2- Behaviour and Learning Support
This post will require a candidate who is familiar with working with vulnerable learners aged 14+ with SEMH needs. They will be an essential part of the student support system.
Post 3 - Creative Curriculum
This post would be ideal for someone who has a background as a nail or beauty technician and has a creative and imaginative flair. The post holder will be working with small groups of students whilst the teacher delivers a different activity within the same learning space.
Post 4 - Military Preparation Programme TA3
This post is ideally suited to a candidate with a background in the military or public services. You will need to be active and fit as the post requires a physical input. You will be supporting the Lead Instructor in the delivery of the MPP.
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
- A relevant qualification which relates to the post applied for ie construction, beauty industry, public services or Behavior and Learning.
- Safeguarding Training Level 2.
- First Aid
- Can demonstrate experience of working in the area applied for.
- You will have worked with young people in position of responsibility.
- You have worked in a school environment.
- You have experience in working with vulnerable and challenging young people in a school setting.
