Day to Day Teaching Assistants - Stockport
Do you have experience working with children either classroom based or through coaching and mentoring? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of Primary Schools across Stockport and are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join their team in preparation for September 2021.
Your role will be to support the Teacher in classroom duties while working closely on both a 1:1 and group basis with children aged 3-11.
The ideal person for this role would be:
• Experienced in working with children
• Have classroom experience (desired but not essential)
• Engaging and motivating
• Approachable and understanding
• Empathetic and patient
• Passionate about making a difference in children's lives

Your responsibilities:
• Support the teacher in lessons and classroom management
• Provide group or 1:1 support with pupils
• Build and maintain effective relationships with the pupils
• Support day to day routines with the ability to use your own initiative
Your requirements:
• A DBS on the update service
• Be committed to achieving high attainment from pupils
• Experience working with children in

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
