Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant with special educational needs-based experience. This post will be starting September 1st in Cardiff (CF3 Area). With a daily rate of GBP65 - GBP70 based on experience.
Our school are focused on pupil’s education and heavily on pupil welfare. Due to COVID-19 pupils with additional learning needs will be facing a hard transition back into a normal routine. Change can be very daunting for a lot of pupils and its heightened with pupils who have additional learning needs. The schools aim is to help transition the pupils back into school with minimal disruption as possible.
At the heart of the school there is a learning base for all pupils who struggle in mainstream education. You will be required to work within this base and help support the pupils within it. There will be elements of 1:1 support within the role but the majority will be general support within the learning base unit. This helps the school still promote independence for the pupils and to help further their skills for the future.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
