Job description

Teaching Personnel have a high demand for Teaching Assistants across the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area currently. We have extensive opportunities available, predominantly working with students who present with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.

We are ideally looking for candidates who can work on a full time basis, but will consider part time candidates as well. It is also really helpful if you have access to your own car as our schools are based all over the region so being able to drive will open up more opportunities for work for you.

The roles we are currently working on are as follows:

  • 10 x Teaching Assistants to work with SEMH students across Nottingham City and Hucknall - must have some experience of planning work, 2 years experience in education, full driving licence with access to a car
  • 3 x Teaching Assistants in Kirklington area, working with SEMH students - experience with Looked After Children is desirable but not essential
  • 1 x Teaching Assistant in South Derbyshire area - working with high functioning Autistic pupils
  • 2 x Teaching Assistants in Central Derby area - working in a primary provision with Low Functioning Autistic pupils
