Teaching Assistants required for mainstream Secondary Schools in Bedfordshire

Teaching Personnel are the UK's leading education staffing supplier and we are currently sourcing Teaching Assistants for a number of support staff opportunities in Secondary Schools for the Bedfordshire area. 

We are mostly seeking Teaching Assistants who can commit to long-term contracts or are seeking future permanent employment in a school. Teaching Assistant contracts can last anywhere between 1 month to 3 months, with the opportunity to go permanent for some schools.

Would you be the right fit?

• Previous experience in a school is advantageous 
• Friendly, confident and calm attitude
• Previous experience working with children or young adults
• Adaptable to working with children with vulnerable backgrounds
• An individual with good knowledge of Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education
• Be passionate about helping students to succeed in academically, emotionally, socially 
• Have a calming presence and be able to engage well with the pupils (Year 7 to Year 11)
• You will be dedicated to ensure that all children achieve their very best
• Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of the school
