Teaching Personnel are currently working with schools to recruit Level 3 Teaching Assistants for various roles in the following areas in East Sussex:
- Seaford
- Eastbourne
- Peacehaven
- Newhaven
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading small group interventions
- Assisting the class teacher with the running of the classroom
- Behaviour management
- Supporting children on an individual basis with their learning
- Some occasional class cover (if the individual feels confident to do so)
Qualifications accepted for the role:
- Level 3 CACHE in Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Level 3 NVQ Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Overseas obtained teacher status
- QTS (please note that if you do take the role this would be at a TA 3 pay rate)
