Teaching Assistant
Derby
Teaching Personnel are currently working in collaboration with a Multi Academy Trust located in Derby and the surrounding Derbyshire area, who require a number of SEN Specialist Teaching Assistants for full time, permanent posts to start in the new academic year.
In this current climate we have seen a rapid increase in the demand for support staff following the disruptions to learning in school.
We require resilient, dedicated candidates with the ability to positively engage students with SEN, enabling each young learner to reach their highest potential.
The ideal candidate:
- Has the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their highest potential
- Experience with Special Educational Needs
- Demonstrates the ability to build positive relationships and positively engage students
- Has an outgoing and energetic personality.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
