An over-subscribed Primary School located in the heart of Preston are looking for FOUR Teachers to deliver interventions on a part-time basis in school as part of the National Tutoring Programme. Senior Leaders are keen for the interventions to begin from W/C 1st November.
The Headteacher and SENCO are keen to appoint experienced practitioners to support 1:3. The rate of pay for this line of work is £35 per hour and the three sessions will be as follows on the working days:
Session 1: 11:30-12:30
Session 2: 12:40-13:40
Session 3: 13:50-14:50
Roles:
X2 Teachers to work Monday-Friday (x3 sessions per day). Delivering Phonics interventions 1:3 working alongside pupils from Y1-Y6. You must be confident following the Letters and Sounds Phonics scheme and pupils will be working from phase 1 – phase 4 despite their age.
X1 Maths Intervention Teacher to work Monday-Friday (x3 sessions per day). Delivering Maths interventions 1:3 to pupils from Y3-Y6 working below age related expectations.
X1 Reading Teacher to work Monday-Wednesday (x3 sessions per day). Delivering Reading interventions 1:3 to pupils from Y1-Y6 working below age related expectations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
