Exciting Opportunity: Nursery Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 Qualified) in Westminster

This is a part time role and you will be working Mon-Fri between 08:30-12:30

The Role:

As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality early years education. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Nursery Teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Providing support to individual children and small groups during play and learning activities.
  • Promoting positive behavior management techniques and creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Supporting children with their personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and dressing.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential).
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
