Teaching Personnel are searching for a professional and talented individual to fulfil a Teaching Assistant Vacancy that has become available in a South Sheffield School rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
The location has excellent transport links and vehicle ownership/ driving licenses may not be required.
Start date: February 2021.
Role duties: The role involves supervision of a cohort of children between the ages of 7-11 during lessons and lunch time, provision of support to students with additional classroom needs, managing and rewarding behaviour, supervising children during their commute to sporting activities, working as part of a team alongside senior leadership in the pursuit to continually raise attainment levels and school standards.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and offsetting the negative implications of lost time in education due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Essential: Minimum CACHE Level 2 or equivalent
Desirable: Prior experience in educational settings, First Aid Qualification
