Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant – Stockton on Tees – KS1
Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role within a Key Stage 1 classroom?
We are currently recruiting for ambitious KS1 Teaching Assistants with an outstanding attitude towards development and the ability to inspire children to learn. Our partner schools are currently planning their Autumn Term with many looking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistants to provide support in setting excellent behaviour management and plugging the gap caused by lockdown.
Details of role:
- Assisting the Teachers within a range of classrooms and providing the support required for pupils that have regressed academically
- Support and guidance will be provided from an experienced teacher who will act as your personal mentor when you join the school
The role requires:
- A caring, patient and reliable attitude
- Willingness to make a difference to assist the school in meeting requirements and raising standards
- Valid DBS (A Child Workforce that is accessible through the Update Service)
- Eligible to work in the UK (Right to work in the UK documentation)
- Level 2 CACHE Qualification or higher

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
