The successful applicant will be a highly motivated graduate of English who has a good academic record and a 2:1 or above in their degree and a desire to be a teacher. The school are seeking a graduate who is able to keep a happy, approachable demeanour that students will take to and form positive teacher/pupil relationships. You will possess a genuine passion to succeed and a focus on becoming a teacher.
In this Graduate Teaching Assistant post you will be supporting teachers within the English department that matches your skills, experiences, and qualifications. You will be working closely with the pupils on a 1:1 basis and designing specific intervention sessions in small groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
