Teaching Assistant

Job description

I am looking for a Teaching Assistant who will be able to work in a local primary school to provide general support within a Key Stage 2 environment. As a General Teaching Assistant, you will working with teachers to support pupils with all aspects of the curriculum.

As part of your role, you may also need to work closely with specific groups of pupils who require additional support. As a Teaching Assistant within a Key Stage 2 environment, you should have knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and you should previous experience of providing this support.

The successful candidate will hold at least a CACHE Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum when it comes to providing support.
