We work closely with an alternative provision in the Boston area and are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide flexible support across the school until the end of the academic year. If you are looking for permanent work please do not be put off, this provision also offer permanent roles for the right person after 12 weeks on supply.

We're looking for someone who...

You will ideally be available between 3 and 5 days per week, have significant experience in working with children aged 11-16 years old. A flexible and resilient attitude is essential! Team Teach training would be beneficial but not essential as this can be provided.

The role...

Each day will be different. You will be working in different classrooms across KS2 and KS3. You will assist with general classroom duties and activities, as well as occasionally providing 121 support for pupils who need intervention support outside of the classroom.
