Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are pleased to offer the role of a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant. The role starting in September and will last until the end of the academic year.

The 11-16 mixed secondary school was deemed a Good school by Ofsted, with the report praising the school’s ‘broad and balanced’ curriculum the report also stated the school has strong ‘upper and middle leadership.’

• Salary of £385 - £485 per week, dependant of experience.
• Opportunity to start your teaching career in an Ofsted Good school.

Our client school is looking for someone to make a real impact on the Mathematics Department, there are many challenges and variety each day in our client school. Some of the valuable experience you will gain in this role:

• Build 1:1 teaching experience.
• Work in partnership with experienced teaching staff, gaining valuable knowledge.
• Liaise with teachers to identify which pupils may benefit from extra support.
• Working with students with various SEN requirements; ADD, ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
