SEN Teaching Assistant positions available in a college located in West London – Isleworth - GBP70 to GBP90 a day dependant on roles and responsibilities
Core Subjects knowledge required – Experience with SEN students desired
Full Time roles available for successful candidates in a College currently holding an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’

Teaching Personnel is currently working alongside an exciting and successful college of further and higher education in London. The college possesses two vibrant campuses in Isleworth and Feltham which hold some of the best facilities in the country.
The College have a reputation for giving excellent support to the diverse student population. Staff within the college are well supported within a culture of continuous professional development and are encouraged to take on new and more senior roles within the college for personal and career development.
Facilities across both campuses in Isleworth and Feltham are state-of-the art with good public transport links and free staff parking. Courses are offered from pre-entry through to Higher Education, Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes to meet the skills needs of students aged 14 upwards. The purpose of the role will be: to work under the direction/guidance of the Manager and Lecturer, supervising and providing particular support for groups of 14-16 year old students to enable them to learn as effectively as possible on their own and in group situations, taking into account the particular needs involved (SEN requirements). This may include supporting students with challenging behaviour.
Requirements to be shortlisted for this role:
- Strong subject knowledge.
- SEN experience desired
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Must be able to pass a DBS checks.
- Proof of career history from the last 6 years.
- Able to provide 2 career related references.
