Full time Teaching Assistant required for a Salford Secondary school from September 2019 on a temporary supply basis throughout the academic year.

As the incoming Teaching Assistant you can expect to join a welcoming staff team located within the Swinton region of Salford. The school has just over 800 pupils enrolled, aged 11-16, and has recently moved into a newly refurbished building with access to state pf the art resources.

The responsibilities for the successful Teaching Assistant will include supporting teaching and learning across all subjects at KS3/4, working with identified pupils on 1:1 and a small group basis as well as delivering lessons in the absence of class teachers, with full support provided.

You will be joining a dynamic Secondary school, ideally located to be accessed via the M60/A580 (East Lancashire Road) and the surrounding areas; Bury, Bolton and Trafford. The school also has various public transport options with links throughout Greater Manchester.
