We have an exciting opportunity for a EYFS Teacher who would be available immediately after the Easter 2022. The role is three days a week (Wednesday to Friday), in a school based in the Dorchester area.

Salary: £125 - £165 per day

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience and understanding of EYFS framework.
  • Planning creative and engaging lessons
  • Monitoring, recording and reporting attainment, development and progress
  • Ensuring SEN and EAL students experience an inclusive education
  • Working with senior leadership to raise attainment and school standards
  • Be willing to contribute to the wider school culture by getting involved in extra-curricular programmes and attending wider school events
  • Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with parents so as to maintain the integral line of communication between the home and school

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a QTS or equivalent
  • Have a genuine interest in child development and education
  • Knowledge of the EYFS Framework
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experienced working with SEN and EAL students
  • Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Positive, can-do attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
