Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Primary school who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support their pupils. The school is very passionate about finding the right candidate for this role, to ensure the best quality support, teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate for this role must have:

  • A minimum of GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of working in education.
  • Passion to support pupils in their learning.


If you have other qualifications such as: NVQ in teaching and learning, BTEC sport, sports based qualifications, Team teach, MAPA or forest schools then this will strengthen your application.

Working with Teaching Personnel can create a wide range of opportunities including opportunities for CPD courses.

Candidates must have a DBS in Child workforce only which is registered on the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then do not worry as we can support you with the application.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
