Are you an experienced teaching assistant that has prior experience working with children with SEN?

A primary school in Northampton are seeking an outgoing and committed teaching assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will need to provide a nurturing learning environment and be confident in building rapport.

You will mainly be working with the child in a individual learning area however the school's aim is for the child to be inter grated into classroom learning.

Experience in strong behaviour management and deescalation is crucial for this role.

The school also welcomes applicants that have experience from a care support background with children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
